1. Our experts design and frame your basement.
   Because we are licensed with the building department, you can be sure it will be done in compliance with the building code. Additionally, J and J construction Inc. is fully insured.
2. We provide you with a list of all subcontractors needed for the entire basement. They are the same subcontractors we have been building relationships with for years, so you can be sure you will get the highest quality available. These subcontractors have agreed to work with our customers on BUILD YOUR OWN BASEMENT, contingent that all layout and framing will be performed by J and J Construction.
3. We provide you with a schedule so you know when each task is performed.
4. You are in charge and either sub contract the work out or do it yourself.
5. We have access to wholesale pricing on tile, carpet, vinyl and hardwood. By working with us you save 40 percent off retail.
